de — Das Musikfestival Hombroich : Raketenfestival findet auf der Raketenstation Hombroich in Neuss statt. Aktuelle Formen von Klangkunst, experimenteller, elektronischer und improvisierter Musik verbinden sich mit Natur und Architektur zu einem sinnlichen Erlebnis. Das Programm besteht aus Live Konzerten, Videoinstallationen, Klanginstallationen und Workshops, bei dem Kinder elektronische Klangerzeuger bauen. Karl-Heinrich Müller, der Stifter der Raketenstation Hombroich, sah diesen Ort als offenen Versuch über Musik und Kunst zu neuen Lebensformen zu finden. Daran anknüpfend wird das nichtkommerzielle Festival durch innovative künstlerische Beiträge, neue Perspektiven auf unser gegenwärtiges und künftiges Zusammensein ermöglichen. Das schließt ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander und einen achtsamen Umgang mit der Natur auf dem Gelände ein. — Miki Yui und Stefan Schneider (Künstlerische Leitung)
en — The music festival, Hombroich : Raketenfestival will take place at the Raketenstation Hombroich, Neuss. Current forms of sound art, experimental, electronic and improvised music combine with nature and architecture to create a sensual experience. The program consists live concerts, video installations, sound installations and workshops in which children build electronic sound generators. Karl-Heinrich Müller, the founder of the Raketenstation Hombroich, saw this place as an open attempt to find new forms of life through music and art. Following on from this, the non-commercial festival will enable new perspectives on our present and future togetherness through innovative artistic contributions.
